Weekly walkthroughs.
Systems running, scheduled maintenance happening, and nothing failing in an empty house. You get a short report after every visit.
Show-ready between showings.
We prep the home before key showings and can arrange special touches when requested.
Four-season upkeep.
Snow removal, landscaping, cleaning, gutters, heat tape, and pest control kept on schedule and supervised, so the home looks its best in every season.
Remote monitoring.

When it sells

How pricing works
Each listing is quoted after a walkthrough, based on the home and how long it's expected to be on the market. Repairs and projects are billed hourly and itemized, and vendor costs pass through with receipts.
