I'm Taylor Sundali. I was born and raised in Ketchum, the son of a local general contractor, and I've been around house projects here most of my life. I started HDLO to manage homes the way I'd want mine managed.

A house is never really done, and that's fine, as long as you're not the one doing it.
There’s an old saying: when the house is done, life is over. It’s not meant to be grim. A good home is never finished, and there’s always another project, upgrade, or detail to get right.
HDLO keeps that work moving so it doesn’t take over your life. You set the direction, and we live in the details.
Each manager looks after a handful of homes, depending on complexity. Right now that manager is me.
We don't take one-off jobs for people outside our client list. All our attention goes to the homes we manage.
Good people are hard to find in the valley. We'd rather grow slowly than let quality slip.
